Pastor Zach Leiner is an experienced teacher, worship leader, and communicator. With over a decade of experience, he has planted ministries, overseen church staffing and finances, taken part in multiple church revitalization efforts, and in June of 2021 answered the call to plant Cultivate Church.

​

Since first serving on his church worship team at the age of twelve, he has spent time serving and pastoring in the local church, as well as traveling the country, preaching and teaching the gospel in a unique and relatable way. From caring for the facilities and leading small groups as a teen, to serving in various pastoral roles ranging from childrens and youth ministry to worship, creative, and executive assignments, Pastor Zach is well versed in pastoral ministry and organizational leadership.

In addition to his experience, his education speaks for itself. Prior to answering his call to ministry, he studied Music Theory and Education.

 

Perhaps, most remarkable of all of these accolades is the fact that Pastor Zach, along with his wife, Vanessa, have done this all while raising five beautiful children as they foster the love and hope of Jesus Christ to the upcoming generation of Christ followers.
